About the event

This webinar by Gino Napuri from NTT Data Center, will provide a practical and structured introduction to Data Center Planning and Scheduling, specifically tailored for new schedulers and planners entering the capital projects space. The session will walk through how data center projects differ from traditional infrastructure projects, highlighting key planning considerations such as phased commissioning, critical systems integration (MEP, IT, cooling, power), constrained sequencing, and the importance of early constructability and interface management. Real-world examples will be used to illustrate how robust scheduling practices directly influence cost, risk exposure, and delivery certainty.

In addition, the session will include a concise but practical perspective on applying Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) in data center environments. Attendees will learn how probabilistic thinking strengthens decision-making, how uncertainty differs from discrete risk events, and how Monte Carlo-based analysis can improve contingency setting, milestone confidence, and executive communication.
