Guz Vinueza is a seasoned Consulting Director with over 20 years of experience leading teams and delivering high-impact projects in data analytics, machine learning, and quantitative risk management. His expertise spans across industries such as finance, oil and gas, insurance, and construction, where he drives data strategy and technology solutions to help companies navigate uncertainty and maintain a competitive edge.

Guz holds a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad de Cuenca, an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a Master's in Financial Direction from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Suma Cum Laude). He also pursued advanced studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Guz has completed various certifications in project management, data analytics, and business leadership.

He currently serves as Consulting Director at The Ferryfield Group, where he manages the implementation of Safran Risk and ModelRisk software for global clients. His previous roles include Data Director at Betterfly, a B2B insurance platform, and Director of Consulting and Analytics Solutions at Palisade, where he transformed consulting divisions and led quantitative risk projects globally.

Guz is an active speaker at major events such as PMI, AACE, and INFORMS and teaches as an adjunct professor in several universities across Latin America and Spain, sharing his deep knowledge in analytics, simulation, and project management.
